Governing terms for GigProfessionals, GigCreators, and GigAmbassadors
These Vendor and User Agreement Rules ("Agreement") are the governing laws of GigProfessionals, GigCreators, and GigAmbassadors ("Users") when used with our platform. By accessing or using GigResource, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by these rules. Please read them carefully.
Your access or usage of any GigResource services creates an account between you and GigResource: you will have read, understood, and entered into this Agreement. You are not supposed to use our services whenever you do not agree to the terms above.
Must configure payment options according to platform recommendations and maintain valid payout information.
Must process payments securely through platform's payment gateway and honor agreed payment schedules.
Will receive commissions according to the program specifications outlined in the GigAmbassador Program.
All users must comply with the following code of conduct:
GigResource retains control of all intellectual property rights relating to its services and platform. Users must obtain written authorization before using, copying, or distributing any portion of the platform.
Users maintain ownership of their content (profiles, service descriptions), but grant GigResource a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content to promote the platform.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of any information shared on the site and follow the GigResource Privacy Policy. This includes securing sensitive personal data and not disclosing private discussions or financial information without approval.
GigResource retains the right to cancel, suspend, or limit access to any User's account if they breach this Agreement, participate in unlawful activity, or conduct in a manner that contradicts the platform's aims and standards.
GigResource shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the usage of our platform. Users agree to use the platform solely at their own risk and discretion.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which GigResource operates. Any disputes originating from these conditions will be addressed through binding arbitration under the applicable laws.
GigResource retains the right to modify these guidelines at any moment. Users will be advised of substantial changes, and their continuing use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated Agreement.
